Sunday School

Welcome to Saint Spyridon Sunday School!

We are happy to have you! We are in the process of rebuilding our Sunday School Team after Covid and we are looking for volunteers to serve with us, to have fun (it really is fun!), to give back to our children and teens, to help create a community for our young people to learn about their faith and build relationships! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING (and having fun while you help), CONTACT Julie Dennis at

St. Spyridon Sunday School welcomes children and youth in grades Transitional-Kindergarten through 12th grade. With a focus on learning about the Divine Services, Holy Church, Holy Tradition, the Bible, and Community Service, our children are provided with foundational knowledge and guidance to continue their journey as Orthodox Christians. We acknowledge the importance of parents and family in the teaching of our children and youth and strive to develop a strong relationship between Sunday School and families.

Sunday School has a new registration form for the 2021/2022 School Year: Please complete a registration form for ALL NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS. Click HERE for the registration form. Or download the form HERE and email to or mail to the Church Office.

Sunday School Classes meet immediately after Holy Communion in the Education Building. Classes end around 12:05. Elementary students can be picked up in the Sunday School Courtyard. Middle and High School students will be allowed to meet parents in the Fellowship Hall. We have also provided links on this page (under the "Resources" heading) to resources and worksheets for families to use throughout the year.

This year, our High School Class will be participating in "Service Sundays" on the first Sunday of each month. Students will have the opportunity to serve our church community (teaching Sunday School lessons, serving fellowship, and other service projects).
