Saint Spyridon Dance and Choral School

The St. Spyridon Dance & Choral Program is a ministry of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church in San Diego, California. Our program is organized into dance and choral groups for youth ranging from 5 to 18 year-olds. Currently we have one dance group for children from 5 to 9 years of age, and a second dance group for 10 to 18 year-olds. The Youth Choir ranges in age from 8 to 18. Our groups practice weekly on Sundays after Divine Services from 12:30 to 2:00. New dancers and singers are always welcome!

Our performances include local community events and Church Parish events, including our annual Greek Festival in June. If you would like to inquire about having our Dance or Choral group perform at an upcoming event, please contact us at stspyridondance@gmail.com.

We learn and perform a variety of dances from all regions of Greece. These dynamic groups focus on providing a positive and enriching experience for all dancers and singers. Our mission is to cultivate a genuine appreciation of Greek culture and heritage through dance and song, provide a youth ministry for the church, and foster lifetime friendships with fellow Orthodox Christians.
